Bochemie Group – creating the future
The group and its parent company Bochemie, a.s. have their headquarters in Bohumín. The other parts of the company are: EVM, a Hungarian household care producer, Ekomor, a Czech engineering company Permedia, a Polish pigment producer plus trading subsidiaries in Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Russia. The group has 730 employees. Its owners are a Czech investment company Benson Oak Capital and ARX Equity Partners.
How did it all begin?
The history of the Bochemie brand dates back to 1904. During its existence, the company has specialized in chemical production and thus it has created its know-how and knowledge capital.
