Bochemie, a leading manufacturer of cleaning, disinfecting and fungicidal agents in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, has acquired the Hungarian company EVM from the Eurovalue investment company and now plans to enter new markets.

Bochemie Changes to Joint-Stock Company

Bochemie s.r.o. went through the process of merger of companies at the end of 2007. Starting from 1st January, 2008, the company Bochemie s.r.o. (Ltd.) does not exists anymore and all its assets and capital becomes a property of the successional company BVF Czech a.s., who changes its name to BOCHEMIE a.s.
