Therefore, we try to meet their wishes as much as possible and within our possibilities to help them with their academic research. It is obvious that not always can we satisfy all of their requirements, but if it is possible, we like to come to an agreement. Our current experience shows that well and correctly worked out theses focused on solving current problems can be a benefit for the company practice. Every year several students work out their seminary, term and diploma theses in our company. These are either directly related to the practice that a student has performed in our company, or they are only worked out based on addressing our company by a student with a particular topic.

After a discussion and agreement, we try to aim the content of individual theses particularly at solving practical problems enabling a student to present an interesting topic, the solution of which will give the company usable output information and solution design to the examined problem. We try to create the best possible conditions for students for their “examination” and to enable them to have the best access to information so that it gives them an actual image of their practice and the possibility of practical application of theoretical knowledge.

Students can perform professional practice and temporary jobs, for example, in production, in research and development and in administrative positions at various departments such as sales, finance or personnel departments.

All student activities are welcome in Bochemie; we place an emphasis, in particular, on a fair approach, reliability, activity and creativity. You can perform a professional practice or temporary job in our company; we offer the possibility of you working on your seminary, term and diploma theses. It is, however, important that we can prepare ourselves for students and thus meet their requirements. Our capacities are limited and, therefore, it is necessary to consult all activities in advance and to agree on conditions.
