
Employee Benefits System
The employee benefits system, which has been established also in cooperation with trade unions, ensures Bohemie’s employees a number of above-standard services and benefits that considerably exceed the scope of the employer’s statutory obligations towards its employees.
Employee benefits include:
- Leave above the statutory range – the company gives all of its employees 5 extra days of regular leave, which represents, when added to the regular leave, a total annual leave of 25 days, i.e. 5 weeks.
- System of payment of 13th salaries or annual bonuses – Bochemie’s employees are entitled to the 13th salary or annual bonus, the amount and payment of which is direct dependant on the company’s economic results, specifically on the amount of its profit.
- B-konto – is the base stone of the employee benefits system representing funds that the company (employer) gives each of its regular employees, i.e. both office workers and manual workers, for the payment of, for example, their holidays, pension or life insurances, etc.
- Company educational system – this process is focused on employees’ eligibility to fulfil their professional knowledge and skills necessary for the performance of work and for the reaching of all strategic goals of the company. Employees are enrolled in the educational process based on their individual needs arising from the process of career planning and evaluation interviews. Education is provided to employees in the field of professional knowledge and skills, and also in the field of improvement and extension of their language and communication skills.
