Employees are the basic resource of the company’s prosperity. Their opinions and satisfaction are important for the company’s management, therefore the company organizes regular social audits and evaluation interviews, in which everyone is given the opportunity to openly express their opinions.


  

Social audits, as well as evaluation interviews are organized every two years. Social audits are based on a random choice of employees from the entire company and various working positions, who express their opinions, via questionnaires, on various issues concerning the company and its life. In an evaluation interview, which takes place with the direct superior of a particular employee, each employee has the opportunity to express their opinions on the evaluation of their work, their working goals, work with colleagues, superiors and subordinates. They are given a feedback to their working performance, knowledge and interest in work. Together with their manager, they will then agree on proposals for improvements and on determining goals for the following period.

 

Our employees’ opinions that could be heard during the last social audit in 2006:
