Packaging of Perforated Bands

PERFORATED BANDS - applicable for all types

• The bands are supplied in disks :
  - inner hole diameter : 102 mm
  - outer Ø : max. 500 mm
• The disks are placed one upon the other and separated by cardboard
• Single charge size - 100 or 125 kg
• Single box weight - 100 kg or 125 kg

Once placed on the pallets the cardboard cartons are secured against sliding by shrink wrap foil.

Examples of individual packing methods

A maximum of four boxes are placed on a non-standard pallet with dimension of 540×1070×h = 140 mm.
Cardboard box dimensions: 520×520×h = 480 to 520 mm
Net pallet weight: 400 or 500 kg
