ARX Equity Partners Follow Benson Oak Capital and Invest into Bochemie

ARX Equity Partners aim this investment at supporting of the fulfilment of Bochemie’s strategic objective. The goal is to deepen and expand business via acquisitions, especially in the sector of brand products for domestic care in the regions of Central and South-Eastern Europe. The investment supports this idea by means of providing of further financial means.

Bochemie Group CEO, Ladislav Kraus says: ‘We are happy to welcome an investor with such vast experience and detailed knowledge of territories into which we aim to expand our key business’.

Founder of Benson Oak Capital, Gabriel Eichler, is especially pleased by the fact that ARX Equity Partners share the trust that Benson Oak Capital puts into Bochemie. The advisers of individual parties of the transaction were Baker & McKenzie and White & Case. Details of the transaction were not made public.
