Quality Policy

The underlying quality policy principles are based on the long term strategy of the company and are formulated by the Quality Commission with the results of the quality system reviews being taken into account.

  
These are included in the Bochemie, s.r.o. Staff Manual, Company Codex and are issued as Internal Management Act of the Chief Executive Officer.

Principal values of the company
Creative employees of BOCHEMIE - their professionalism, cooperation and loyalty to the company are the basic source of the company´s prosperity. Relationships are based on politeness and respect. Quality as a primary interest of the company guarantees loyal customers and motivated satisfied employees.

Everything for clean and hygienic environment, for clean metal surfaces and for clean energy.
 
and therefore we want to:
  • be the leading company in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic in the field of agents for clean and hygienic environment with a distinctive position in the Central-European region,
  • be a world-recognized company in the field of special technologies for achieving clean surfaces of metals,
  • be a world-recognised company in the field of material supplies for alkaline accumulators.

Mission of Bochemie
The mission of BOCHEMIE is to satisfy its customers´ needs in the fields of hygiene, protection of building materials, accumulation of electric energy and surface treatments of metals.
BOCHEMIE provides its customers with complex solutions to their problems through its products, services, related facilities and technologies and user know-how.

Relationship of the company to the employees
The employees are considered the main source of the company´s prosperity.
High-quality, adequate and active performance is a source of the company´s prosperity, therefore the company is sincere and open towards its employees and truthful in informing them.
The company
The company creates good working conditions. The company protects and encourages its employees whenever they act in accordance with the Company´s Code, principal values of the company and internal company´s standards.
 
The management of the company
The management acts towards the employees to ensure the stability and prosperity of the company.
The management endeavours to utilize the employees´ knowledge and skills in the most efficient way.
The management assists the employees in their personal growth, self-realisation and enhancement of their qualification and education.
In the event of changes in the structure of work positions, the company retrains own employees first and appoints them to the new positions.
Efficient, devoted, honest, loyal and ambitious employees are being selected by the company from its own resources and trained for the leading positions in the company.
The leaders cooperate with the employees on management of the company.

Relationship of the employees to the company
A high-quality work, highly effective performance, good relations and respect to the company altogether form the essential ground of the company´s culture.
 
Employees
The employees respect interests of the company, as well as they carry out, respect and stand up for the needs of BOCHEMIE.
The employees carry out entrusted activities actively, consistently, responsibly, accurately and in a high quality.
The employees always act as members of the whole team and always represent the company.
The employees are fully open, honest and correct towards the company.
In relationships, the employees try to achieve tolerance and consider all their colleagues to be equal partners, they are collegiate and assist to the internal distribution of information in the company.
Relationships and mutual manners among employees are always and in any situation polite, friendly and tactful.

BOCHEMIE is a customer-oriented company.
 
Customer
A customer is everyone who can use and make use of products and services of BOCHEMIE.
A customer expects constantly improving products and services from the company.
During negotiations, the reputation of the company as well as the reputation and actions of its employees must not be impeached or harmed.
 
Company
The company carries out consistently all accepted orders.
Close and permanent relation between the company and its customers and the way of dealing with them brings the company advantages against competitors.
To attract and to keep a customer attracted means to ensure the prosperity of the company.
The company´s dependence on its customers is not a passive kind of dependence. The company wants to build up a partnership with its customers to be able to identify customers´ needs in the way the customer can recognise the company as a subject that can meet their requirements.

Relation of the company to the environment
BOCHEMIE respects its environment.
The environmental protection and protection of the working environment is a permanent part of all activities of BOCHEMIE.
The company is proud of the region it was founded in and where its activities continue up to today.
BOCHEMIE respects its competitors and is always ready to compete with them under fair conditions.
